Booking Conditions
- The property is available on a Sunday to Saturday basis only. It is available at any time on the Sunday of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the Saturday of departure.
- Guests undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday and also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The owner of the property should be compensated for any damage and breakages which may occur (fair wear and tear excepted).
- The accommodation is let for holiday purposes only and must not be sub-let.
- A deposit of £300 is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is due 8 weeks before the start of the let.
- If the person booking wishes to cancel, the owner will attempt to re-let. If successful, all amounts received will be returned. If not successful, the full amount will become due.
- If unforseen circumstances prevent the property being available for letting during the agreed period, the liability of the owner will be restricted to the return of all money paid at that time.
- The accommodation is completely no smoking.
- No pets are allowed in the house. Kennel facilities are available (advance notice required - please enquire at time of booking).
